CRA provided an expert opinion on damages in a breach of contract arbitration concerning certain work performed by a subcontractor during the development of a vaccine candidate. CRA quantified the plaintiff’s lost investment and its losses attributable the diminution in value of the vaccine candidate due to delayed clinical development and approval. Dr. Sean Sheridan provided a report on economic damages as well as deposition and hearing testimony.
