What we look for
CRA consultants share a common aim – to deliver high-quality results to our clients while collaborating and learning from each other. Our senior staff have diverse backgrounds, effectively lead teams, develop and manage client relationships, manage multiple projects, and ensure work meets timely deadlines. As a firm leader, we’ll expect you to design the overall analytical framework for consulting projects; provide training and technical supervision to junior staff members; participate in business development efforts; and serve as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining effective relationships with them.
