Women@CRA: A year of growth, connection, and impact in 2024

Women@CRA

As we look ahead to the opportunities that 2025 will bring, we take a moment to reflect on the progress, connections, and milestones that have shaped Women@CRA over the last year.

Since its inception in 2015, Women@CRA has served as a valuable resource for team members at every stage of their careers—from early professionals to experienced leaders. Through networking forums, mentorship opportunities, and tailored professional and leadership development programs, Women@CRA fosters an environment where CRA team members can grow, collaborate, and contribute meaningfully. By providing space for knowledge-sharing, career development, and relationship-building, Women@CRA continues to strengthen connections, enhance collaboration, and help cultivate the next generation of leaders at CRA.

This past year, Women@CRA expanded its reach through engaging events, impactful initiatives, and cross-ERG partnerships that reinforced its mission of professional and personal growth. Below are a few highlights!

Welcoming New Leadership

Leadership transitions bring fresh perspectives and renewed energy. In 2024, Women@CRA welcomed new leaders who will guide the group into its next phase of growth:

  • Miri Davidson – Co-Chair (U.S.)
  • Dahlia Ehrenfried – Co-Chair (U.S.)
  • Cécile Matthews – Executive Sponsor

Celebrating Connection & Community

One of the defining aspects of Women@CRA is its ability to bring people together—whether through professional development opportunities, networking events, or collaborative initiatives with other ERGs. This year was no exception, with a range of events that provided space for meaningful discussions, skill-building, and relationship-building.

  • Share the Love Chocolate-Making Event
In collaboration with Mosaic@CRA, Women@CRA co-hosted a chocolate-making event in Chicago featuring Stella’s Confectionary. This event was an opportunity to not only enjoy a hands-on activity but also support local entrepreneurs and strengthen cross-ERG connections.

  • Professional Development Workshop
Women@CRA welcomed Lamé Verre for a virtual workshop focused on harnessing personal strengths for career growth. Participants engaged in thoughtful discussions about professional development, self-advocacy, and leveraging unique skill sets to excel in the workplace.
  • International Women’s Day (IWD)
To celebrate IWD, Women@CRA hosted an #IWD2024 Writing Contest. The winning essay, written by Becca Rowden, Consulting Associate in London, stood out for its compelling perspective and thoughtful storytelling. In addition, our London office held a breakfast and fundraiser, supporting women-focused charities.
  • Cheers to Summer Event
The second annual Women@CRA Cheers to Summer happy hour in Boston and New York created space for members across multiple practices to connect in an informal setting, reinforcing the importance of relationships in professional growth.
