PAC@CRA: A year of purpose, progress, and community

As we prepare for the opportunities ahead in 2025, we take a moment to celebrate the milestones, initiatives, and connections that made 2024 a meaningful year for PAC@CRA.

PAC@CRA is a community dedicated to supporting parents and caregivers at CRA, fostering an environment where members can connect, share experiences, and access valuable resources. While PAC@CRA provides targeted support for caregivers, it is open to all CRA team members—whether you are a parent, caregiver, or simply an ally looking to engage in meaningful conversations and support your colleagues. Through resource-sharing, skill-building events, and advocacy for caregiver-friendly policies, PAC@CRA empowers team members to navigate the challenges of balancing work and family life—while thriving both personally and professionally.

From welcoming new leadership to launching impactful initiatives and family-friendly events, PAC@CRA remained committed to strengthening our community and providing meaningful engagement. Here are some key moments from this past year:

Welcoming New Leadership

Leadership transitions bring fresh perspectives and renewed momentum. In 2024, PAC@CRA welcomed:

– Eva Kramer – Co-Chair (U.S.)
– James Lee – Co-Chair (U.S.)
– Greg Bell – Executive Sponsor

Expanding Resources & Engagement

PAC@CRA broadened its reach by introducing new tools, insightful discussions, and expert-led programming to support parents and caregivers across CRA:

– PAC@CRA Dashboard – A centralized hub offering a clear, accessible summary of caregiver benefits and policies.

– Community Coffee Chats – Monthly virtual meetups where members connect, share insights, and discuss real-life challenges related to parenting and caregiving.

– AARP Webinar Series – A three-part virtual series providing expert advice, resources, and support tailored to CRA parents and caregivers.

Bringing Families Together

One of the highlights of PAC@CRA is creating opportunities for families to engage, connect, and celebrate together. This year, we hosted several fun and meaningful events:

– Bring Your Child to Work Day – Held in London and Tallahassee, this special event welcomed our littlest team members for a day of learning, exploration, and fun.

– Family-Friendly Halloween Party – A spooktacular celebration in Zurich, bringing families together for a festive gathering.

– Holiday Card Design Contest – A creative initiative showcasing the artistic talents of CRA team members’ children.

– Working Parent Panel Webinar Series – A two-part discussion featuring CRA team members, sharing insights on the realities, challenges, and rewards of balancing careers and caregiving.

Strengthening Our Reach Through Collaboration

PAC@CRA partnered with other ERGs and firm-wide initiatives to broaden its impact and enrich conversations on work-life balance, caregiving, and community support:

– Fireside Chat with Sonia Manzano – In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, PAC@CRA and Mosaic@CRA co-hosted a conversation with Sonia Manzano, best known as Maria from Sesame Street, to discuss her journey, storytelling, and the power of representation.

– Speaker Series Episode with Shaheer Mustafa – PAC@CRA partnered with ESG@CRA to feature Shaheer Mustafa, President & CEO of HopeWell, in a thought-provoking discussion on family support systems and community-driven impact.
