As we step into 2025 with anticipation and ambition, we take a moment to reflect on the vibrant community that Mosaic@CRA has cultivated and the lasting impact of its initiatives over the past year.
Mosaic@CRA honors the diverse cultural backgrounds and experiences that enrich our firm’s global community. Open to all CRA team members, Mosaic@CRA provides a platform for meaningful dialogue, cross-cultural collaboration, and shared learning.
Through engaging discussions, cultural celebrations, and collaborative initiatives, Mosaic@CRA fosters connections across the firm, encourages the exchange of perspectives, and strengthens relationships among colleagues. By creating these spaces for connection, the group helps reinforce CRA’s commitment to a workplace where team members feel valued, heard, and empowered to contribute.
In 2024, Mosaic@CRA expanded its reach with impactful programming and engaging community-building efforts, continuing its mission to celebrate cultural richness, strengthen professional relationships, and foster a culture of belonging. Below are some key highlights from the past year:
Welcoming New Leadership

Celebrating Culture & Community
A defining aspect of Mosaic@CRA is its ability to bring people together—whether through cultural celebrations, engaging discussions, or partnerships with other ERGs. This year, we hosted a range of events designed to foster deeper connections, amplify underrepresented voices, and celebrate the richness of diverse traditions.
– Share the Love Chocolate-Making Event
In collaboration with Women@CRA, Mosaic@CRA co-hosted a hands-on chocolate-making experience in Chicago featuring Stella’s Confectionary, a woman- and minority-owned business. This event brought team members together to celebrate entrepreneurship, creativity, and cross-ERG collaboration.

A fun and creative firmwide event that invited team members to showcase their most unique sneakers, celebrating self-expression and individuality. Winners received prizes, with the first-place winner’s chosen charity receiving a donation, reinforcing Mosaic@CRA’s commitment to community support.
– Fireside Chat with Judy Smith
In partnership with the LCLD – NYC chapter and Loeb & Loeb LLP, Mosaic@CRA hosted a compelling conversation with Judy Smith, offering insights into leadership, resilience, and navigating professional challenges in the legal field.
