2024 Milestones & Activities
- Developed and launched the PAC@CRA Dashboard, offering an intuitive visual summary of existing benefits, policies, and resources to support parents and caregivers.
- Hosted interactive virtual sessions on caregiving strategies and resources, featuring expert guest speakers and partners such as AARP and Sarah Harmon from the School of MOM.
- Organized Bring Your Child to Work Day events in several offices, creating an engaging experience for families to connect with the workplace.
- Collaborated with internal corporate teams to highlight existing benefits and policies, while gathering insights, data, and feedback to inform future initiatives and address emerging trends.
- Facilitated monthly virtual Community Coffee Chats, creating a space for meaningful conversations on parenting and caregiving topics, encouraging connection and shared learning.
