Training & Professional Development

CRA’s homegrown educational series exclusively created and led by our employees. The firm-wide sessions focus on technical and analytical tools. Recent topics include Python, Excel Shortcuts, Tableau, Outlook, Web Scraping and Social Listening, and more. As these trainings are fuelled with ideas from our staff and taught by internal experts, Tech Labs allow employees to “pay the learning forward” and share their expertise with others.

Regular skill development workshops provide training opportunities to work on soft skills like the art of giving feedback, and credibility & presence along with more in constant development.

We provide options for reimbursement to offset the cost of pursing educational goals to cover fees associated with external courses and other professional development opportunities.

Core curriculum is complemented by practice and department-specific training resources, modules, and programs that support consultant development. This includes lunch and learns, online new hire learning tracks, technical roundtables, project debriefs, case studies, training bootcamps, and more!

Though our partnership with LinkedIn Learning, employees have the opportunity to develop skills on their own time and in alignment with their personal learning objectives. Courses include soft skills like being an inclusive manager to becoming a developer in Python.
