Women@CRA
DEI-Women at CRA In 2015, a group of colleagues came together to launch a new affinity group specifically for women at CRA—a forum where they could share their experiences and perspectives. Since then, Women@CRA has become a true force for change, giving our colleagues a space to network with others and share ideas about how to elevate their skills and expertise.

Objectives of Women@CRA:

  1. Create a global forum to discuss the most pressing issues facing women today.
  2. Support colleagues in their professional development.
  3. Drive momentum on specific initiatives including those related to inclusion and engagement (I&E), career development, and community outreach.

Recent initiatives by Women@CRA:

  • Celebrating International Women’s Day yearly with social media campaigns such as pictures of our members wearing purple across CRA global offices
  • Launching a Women@CRA newsletter to spotlight our women leaders and showcase our local events
  • Offering informational lunch-and-learn sessions across CRA offices for those interested in learning more about Women@CRA
  • Hosting over 25 events a year for our members across the world
  • With 330 members strong, we have a leadership committee of almost 30 women across nine of our global offices that organize local and hybrid events, communications, mentorship’s and oversee our budget
