DEI-Women at CRA Women@CRA supports team members as they advance in their careers, from early professionals to experienced leaders. By offering networking forums, mentorship opportunities, and tailored professional and leadership development programs, Women@CRA fosters an environment where individuals—women and allies alike—can grow, collaborate, and contribute meaningfully.

Since its inception in 2015, Women@CRA has become a valued network within the firm, providing a space for team members to connect, share insights, and support one another. Through skill-building opportunities, professional networking, and career development initiatives, Women@CRA helps participants navigate their careers with confidence while contributing to a culture of inclusion and support.

2024 Milestones & Activities

  • Organized monthly mentorship circles for cross-team collaboration.

 

  • Facilitated a virtual workshop titled “How to Leverage Your Strengths in the Workplace,” led by Lamé Verre, co-founder of Lean In Equity & Sustainability.

 

  • Celebrated International Women’s Day with a breakfast and fundraiser supporting women-focused charities and hosted a thought-provoking #IWD2024 writing contest that invited participants to reflect on the multifaceted experience of womanhood.

 

  • Partnered with external organizations to support women in consulting careers.
