Justin Lenzo

Vice President

Justin Lenzo is a vice president in the Antitrust & Competition Economics Practice based in Chicago. He has expertise in econometric and statistical analysis, industrial organization, game theory, and business strategy. He has consulted on antitrust, intellectual property, class action, and consumer fraud matters, among others.

He has conducted research on and developed analyses for a wide variety of industries, including alcoholic beverages, candy, electric utilities, wireless and wireline telecommunications service, handheld devices, broadband equipment, pharmaceuticals, manufactured goods, and online retailing.

Dr. Lenzo has provided expert opinions and deposition testimony for clients on antitrust and consumer class action matters. He has also provided expert declarations on statistical sampling and on HIPAA privacy issues. He has also testified at trial in a high-profile immigration enforcement matter. Before moving to consulting full time, Dr. Lenzo served on the faculty of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He continues to teach for Northwestern as an Adjunct Professor of Law.
